Vishal Verma
Founder & DirectorVishal founded Frontiers Education driven by a passion for travel and education. He has over 32 years of experience in the Information Technology, Education and Events sectors. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecom from Pune University and an MBA (Finance) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
He serves as Honorary Director of Global Events for the World Scholar's Cup, a role that reflects Frontiers' exceptional contribution to this global academic programme.
Dipankar Arora
Head - OperationsDipankar oversees Pan-India operations for the World Scholar's Cup and plays a pivotal role in the planning and execution of global events for Indian school delegations.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Gulbarga University.
With over 30 years of experience spanning both Government and Corporate sectors, he brings extensive operational expertise and strategic leadership to the organisation. His distinguished professional journey includes a significant tenure with the Tata Group of Companies.
Vikram Arora
Vice President - AdministrationVikram oversees Administration at Frontiers Education, bringing over 28 years of professional experience, including a decade-long tenure in the IT industry. A top university ranker, he holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Pune.
Driven by a people-first philosophy, Vikram’s positivity has guided the company to new heights of operational excellence, particularly in ensuring a warm, supportive environment for students. Grounded by 30 years of dedicated meditation practice, he actively writes for a global audience on stress management, positive thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Dexter Noakes
General Manager - South IndiaA commerce graduate from Bangalore University, Dexter brings over 25 years of experience in the travel industry.
Based in South India, he leads regional operations and maintains relationships with over a hundred top schools across the region.
Harit Yadav
Manager - Accounts & AdministrationHarit manages the accounts and administration functions at Frontiers, ensuring every programme runs smoothly behind the scenes.
He holds a degree in commerce.
Edwin Joseph
Outreach ManagerEdwin serves as Outreach Manager for the World Scholar’s Cup and Frontiers. He helps organise regional rounds of the tournament and contributes to the program’s growth in new cities across India.
An alumnus of Ashoka University, he has five years of experience in communications and stakeholder engagement.
Ipshita Bagchi
Outreach CoordinatorIpshita serves as Outreach Coordinator for the World Scholar’s Cup and Frontiers. She works closely with schools and educators to coordinate programmes, foster meaningful partnerships, and help create opportunities for students.
She holds an MSc in Industrial and Corporate Psychology from O.P. Jindal Global University.
